These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding legal agreement between you and YoRoomies that govern your right to use the websites, applications, and other offerings from YoRoomies. Our terms of service are strictly for the United States only. In the future, we will expand globally.

The servers that host this website are located in the United States, and any personal details you provide us will be processed by YoRoomsies in the United States.
YoRoomies makes no representation about any third-party websites that may be accessed via links from this Website.
YoRoomies requires you to be at least 18 years of age in order to participate with this website.
The YoRoomies Platform establishes an online setting that enables users (“Members”) to publish, offer, search for, and book services.
Members who publish and offer services are “Owners of the house”.
Members who search for, book, or use services are “Renters.”
The owners of the house will offer accommodations the proper (“Accommodations”), for the shared living quarters. The accommodations will depend per house and what is agreed on. You must register an account to access and use many features of the YoRoomies Platform, and must keep your account information accurate. As the owner of the YoRoomies Platform, YoRoomies does not own, control, offer or manage any housing and or shared housing. YoRoomies just is a facilitator for both parties to find one another.
These Terms are subject to change by YoRoomies.com at any time, subject to the following notification process.
We will notify you about material changes in these Terms by sending a notice to the email address registered in your account, or by placing a prominent notice on our site so that you can choose whether to continue using our Services. Material changes will go into effect no less than 30 days after we notify you. Non-material changes or clarifications will take effect immediately upon posting of the updated Terms on our Site. Any use of the Site or the Services by you after the effective date of any changes will constitute your acceptance of such changes. These Terms supersede all prior versions of the Terms. We maintain other terms and policies that supplement these Terms like our Privacy Policy, which describes our collection and use of personal data. There are three types of content that you will be able to access on the App: content that you upload and provide (“Your Content”);content that members provide (“Member Content”); and content that the Bumble Group provides (including, without limitation, database(s) and/or software) (“Our Content”).
As Your Content is unique, you are responsible and liable for your content and will indemnify, defend, release, and hold us harmless from any claims made in connection.
You are what you post! Your Content will be visible to other users of the platform all around the United States. Please make sure that you are comfortable sharing before you post. As such, you agree the information you share may be viewed by other users and any person visiting the platform.
You agree to:
comply with all applicable laws, including without limitation, privacy laws, intellectual property laws, anti-spam laws, equal opportunity laws and regulatory requirements;
use your real name and real age in use the services in a professional manner.
