Refund Policy

YoRoomies does not offer refunds for family Premium Subscriptions because all subscriptions are designed to be active for the full term of the subscription. When you sign up for a Premium Subscription, you’re agreeing to pay upfront for the full amount of time of whatever billing term you choose. For example, if you sign up for a monthly plan, you’re agreeing to pay for the full month.

Of course, you can cancel your Premium Subscription at any time for a free Basic membership. You’ll enjoy your Premium benefits through the end of the billing term, and the next payment won’t be processed.
